Eddie has been cooking his traditional recipes since 2002 when he opened his first Mexican restaurant at #12 in Oxatepec, Mexico.

Now based in Chilliwack and Yarrow; Eddie's cocina de barrio cooks small batches of classic meals sell at local markets.
